About Us

ImageThe Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East (FRRME) is a non-profit organisation and a registered UK charity that exists to support the unique work of Canon Andrew White, the Vicar of Baghdad.  We promote conflict resolution in the Middle East, specialising in conflicts where there is a religious component to the violence.  We also provide humanitarian relief and economic rejuvenation in areas where conflict has caused poverty and hardship.  To see our core principles click here.

Andrew set up FRRME in 2005 to continue the important work in the Middle East that he started whilst serving as the Director of Coventry Cathedral’s International Centre for Reconciliation.  He remains the President of FRRME and provides much of the energy, vision and strategy that keeps the Foundation effective in promoting lasting peace in the Middle East.

Our main office is in Hampshire, England and we work alongside our sister charity FRRME America.
